Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of WIRED, including its website, social-account verification, token-launch interfaces, Telegram tools, wallet-binding features, fee tracking and payout services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to use the service and authority over every social account, wallet, token and launch instruction you submit. You may not impersonate another person, bind a wallet for an account you do not control, evade sanctions, or use the service unlawfully.

3. Wallets and blockchain transactions

WIRED is a blockchain interface. Transactions may be irreversible and can involve network fees, price movement, smart-contract risk, third-party launchpads and chain failures. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing and for securing your wallets and credentials.

4. Launches and third-party platforms

Token launches may use independent platforms and protocols, including launchpads, networks, wallets and social platforms. Their terms also apply. WIRED does not control their availability, execution, indexing, moderation or continued support.

5. Creator-fee payouts

A social recipient must complete the supported ownership-verification process and bind a BNB-compatible wallet by signing a challenge. Payouts depend on fees being generated, becoming claimable, being reconciled on-chain and passing operational safety checks. Displayed estimates are not guarantees.

6. Fee allocation

Unless a launch states otherwise, reconciled creator fees are accounted 70% to the verified recipient and 30% to the platform reserve. Any future buyback or burn is subject to separate execution and on-chain confirmation.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, market manipulation or misleading promotion.
• Malware, automated abuse, service disruption or unauthorized access.
• Launching content that violates intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
• Using the service where token launches or digital assets are prohibited.

8. No financial advice

WIRED provides software and operational tooling. Nothing on the service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Tokens are volatile and may lose all value.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability and error-free operation are disclaimed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WIRED and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost tokens, failed transactions, smart-contract exploits or third-party platform failures.

11. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law or maintain the service. Updated Terms become effective when posted here with a revised date.
